Free TaskWorks Outlook Integration

Now you can have your To-Do items and Project start / end dates synchronised with your Outlook 2007 Calendar and Tasks Lists

The TaskWorks Outlook 2007 add-in takes the projects you are involved in on any TaskWorks workspace and creates calendar entries for the Start start and end dates for the Tasks. TaskWorks To-Do items are also added to the calendar (Although To-Do items can be created in the Tasks folder in Outlook instead, see the User guide pages from the menu to the right for more information)

As other people on the projects change start dates, end dates or To-Do items these changes are automatically made to your entries in Outlook. Best of all, you can set reminders in Outlook or add notes and other fields to the TaskWorks related items without them affecting the main entry in the TaskWorks workspace.

Together with the RSS feeds the TaskWorks Outlook 2007 add-in ensures you are always kept up to date with your Project performance.
